Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide information on room rates, availability, and hotel amenities
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Update and maintain reservation systems and guest records

- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
