What this job involves:

• Develop venue hiring strategy, explore and identify new business opportunities

• Integrate and coordinate venue availability to drive venue occupancy and income; manage relationships with hirers and potential hirers

• Assist in preparation of venue hire operation procedures and guidelines

• Manage administrative duties which include liaison and contractual work with partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism and Event Management related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in venue or in client-facing venue management environment, business development and event project management

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
