[What the role is]
You will partner with one or more assigned business units to drive the people agenda, aligning it with business objectives and deliverables while considering the local context and unique requirements.[What you will be working on]
Specifically, the roles would include, but not limited to:
Talent Acquisition:
- Drive the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, taking into account the business unit’s hiring needs and manpower planning forecast.
Manpower Management:
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to manage its headcount establishments (MMF) to ensure that the business unit is optimally resourced to drive its strategic objectives.
Talent Management:
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to identify and develop the talent pool within the business unit as part of bench strength building and succession planning.
- Facilitate performance management to recognise and reward high performance while identifying areas of performance gaps to develop appropriate interventions.
Employee Relations:
- Be the key point of contact for employees within the business unit on HR-related matters, including providing feedback to the HR team on HR policies and procedures from the employees so as to improve better employee experience.
- Where necessary, provide advisory or support on employee conduct & disciplinary matters to business unit stakeholders or employees in accordance with relevant HR policies and procedures.
HR Transformation:
- Support HR automation and transformation initiatives by reviewing processes and ensuring accurate data collection to enable data-driven decision-making.
[What we are looking for]
5 years of experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role that covers the full spectrum of HR functions.
Ability to work independently as well as a team-player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of common productivity tools to aid digitalization efforts, and Workday system is preferred.
