How you'll make an impact in this role

• Evaluates patient conditions through comprehensive initial and ongoing physical assessments.
• Develops individualized plans of care by collaborating with patients and families to establish recovery goals.
• Delivers skilled manual therapy and evidence-based interventions tailored to specific patient pathologies.
• Directs the daily activities of physical therapist assistants, students, and support staff to ensure clinical safety and quality..

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
