What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Teller, you'll play an important role in creating outstanding member experiences by providing accurate, efficient, and friendly financial services. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationships
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately
• Handle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
• Resolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experience
• Follow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracy

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with cash, numbers, and computer systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry

Work Schedule

This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, providing the predictability and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional service to our members and supporting the financial needs of the community.
