- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment on project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of service level agreement monitoring and control techniques.
- Ability to utilize standard project management tools and methodologies effectively.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Competent in problem-solving and providing practical solutions within a service management context.
