Overview
What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state agentic workflows. You will lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, evaluate process challenges, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations that support AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Business Discovery and Process Analysis
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Document business processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard process analysis methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
- Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.
Agentic AI Opportunity Assessment
- Assess business functions and workflows to determine suitability for agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Agentic AI SMEs and solution architects to define AI-enabled business capabilities and workflow requirements.
- Evaluate potential business value, implementation considerations, and operational impacts of proposed solutions.
- Support the prioritization of opportunities based on strategic value, complexity, and feasibility.
Blueprint Development
- Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, user interactions, process changes, and success measures for proposed solutions.
- Document functional requirements, business rules, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Support stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback into blueprint deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and solution recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs across multiple functional areas.
- Facilitate discussions to validate requirements, align priorities, and drive consensus.
- Present findings, recommendations, and blueprint deliverables to client stakeholders.
- Partner closely with project leadership, data analysts, and AI SMEs throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related discipline) is preferred.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or consulting engagements.
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
- Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Artificial intelligence (AI), automation, intelligent workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Process reengineering and operational excellence programs.
- Telecommunications organizations and operational environments.
- Telecommunications access, engineering, construction, network deployment, or infrastructure delivery processes.
- Consulting or other client-facing environments.
- Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $190,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
