Operating in several countries throughout the world, this opportunity as a qualified and experienced Training Officer or an advanced Training Administrator will see you in the Australian operation working at the Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland.
Working a 5 days on / 2 days off 10 hr day this is your chance to unlock your full potential and make a lasting impact. Commodore Mine is an emerging operation located approximately 3hrs from Brisbane. With a long mine life, not only can you grow with EPSA, but you will also be joining a site that is progressive and keen to drive change and development in what we do.

About the role:
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will:
- Manage training records and monitor for expired competencies.
- Conduct training and compliance audits across site
- Comply with internal, external and R.T.O partnership requirements
- Onboarding and upskilling of our workforce and contractors
- Ensure HSE induction training programs are carried out for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor training of subcontractors to ensure it is carried out in accordance with business requirement.
- Participate in regular reviews of the EPSA Pacific Training Plans and associated documentation.
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the mining and resources industry.
- Strong computer literacy skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
This position requires the preferred candidate to undertake a QLD Coal Mine Workers Health Scheme Assessment, a Pre-Employment Medical, and successfully complete Standard 11 training.
