Senior Analyst Merch Ops Analytics

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics

• Wrangling data using complex SQLs and data extraction processes using data tools like SQL Assistant, DBeaver etc across databases in Teradata, Hadoop or Google cloud
• Experience working with Big data & performing data transformations using Python (preferred), SAS, R etc
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience in creating reports & dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI (preferred), MicroStrategy, Tableau etc
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and with global partners
• Capable of end-to-end project execution & engaging with stakeholders at each stage
• Good understanding of retail math & statistics

Secondary Skills (desired)

• 1+ year experience in Retail category analytics working directly with merchants
• Ability to build analytical solutions using modelling and advanced statistical techniques for solving business problems related to Merchandising
