Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Grande Prairie office. Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead/Area Superintendents, you will manage our front desk and provide essential administrative and operational support to our management and field teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and receive outgoing and incoming mail
Manage area contact list and distribution
Manage distribution and tracking of office security fobs
Maintain kitchen, copy rooms, supply rooms, order and stock supplies as needed
Point of contact for meal procurement & external meal/room bookings
Responsible for coding in Enverus OpenInvoice for assigned area
Maintain the GP pool vehicle bookings spreadsheet and schedule maintenance as needed
Point of contact for shop regarding gate/building maintenance and security system
Provide backup to the administrative team as needed
Requirements
Minimum 5 years administrative experience. Oilfield specific is an asset.
Proficiency in Enverus OpenInvoice to route, code and track vendor invoices
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Confident, polished and professional presentation with a strong work ethic and a friendly open attitude
Works well in a team environment
Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
