What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting guests, verifying credentials as directed, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor and/or contractor logs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate visitor arrivals or service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, access-control systems, and/or other assigned security-related equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergency notifications, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
