Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You're a recruiter who moves fast without sacrificing quality, someone who doesn't wait for candidates to come to you. At Seer, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the agency, bringing the same energy to a cold outreach message as you do to a final-round debrief. You care deeply about candidate experience, treat every interaction as a reflection of the Seer brand, and know how to read people. not just resumes. This is a contract role built for someone who can plug in quickly, build rapport immediately, and leave the search in a better place than they found it. 

 

What about logistics? This is a contract opportunity for 10-20 hours a week. With the ability to be ongoing and tapped as needed.
