We are currently hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Guest Service Specialist.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at days end
- Preparing audits based on the front office ledger
- Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc.
- Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc.
Requirements:
- Opera Cloud experience a plus but not necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year hotel experience required
- Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Numeracy skills
- Administrative skills
