Cygnet have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager.
Joining our team on a full time, 40hr per week basis you will oversee the facilities team within the North West region.

Your day-to-day…
- Ensure the smooth running of Cygnet Health Care facilities
- Share issues with the leadership team, evaluating risks according to policy & procedures
- Ensure the safety of the service users in our care
- Provide & ensure high professional standards of communication
- Maintain good relations with contractors & all trade personnel & inspectors
- Work closely with upper management.
You are:
- Experienced in managing healthcare facilities
- Understand responsibility to statutory & non-statutory organisations
- Know how to keep yourself up-to-date with all procedures & policy changes
- Can remain vigilant & protect service users in our care, including incident investigation
- Are able to lead teams, problem-solve effectively & carry out the appraisal process
- Use an appropriate level of confidentiality.
