What you will do

• Co-develop and own chargecloud's internal AI strategy and roadmap - defining how AI creates real, measurable value across departments
• Design and implement scalable AI workflows, templates, and playbooks that turn isolated use cases into company-wide habits
• Define and track the KPIs that matter: usage, outcomes, productivity, and sustainability - and translate them into actionable insights
• Enable non-technical teams to work confidently with AI tools through hands-on training, onboarding materials, and department-specific solutions
• Act as the connective tissue between technical constraints and business needs — building trust across teams while driving change
• Translate governance and privacy requirements into practical, usable guidelines that ensure safe and responsible AI adoption

Your profile

• Degree in software engineering, data, or a technical discipline - paired with the ambition to think and act strategically
• Proven experience with AI tools, LLM-based workflows, and platforms like Langdock
• The ability to define and establish AI measurement frameworks from scratch — you're comfortable operating in spaces where no best practice exists yet
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels — you translate complex AI concepts into clear, relevant language for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership
• A builder's mindset — you spot gaps, fix them proactively, and deliver hands-on results rather than decks full of recommendations
• Experience in AI communities, knowledge-sharing formats, or delivering training — you enjoy enabling others and are comfortable owning that role
