Job Description
We are hiring a Strategy Director to help shape the future of some of the world's most recognised brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition. You'll play a key role in helping clients unlock growth, navigate transformation and build effective strategies that deliver measurable impact. Working with talented teams across global markets, you'll bring insight, creativity and collaboration to every challenge.Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Lead the development of integrated, cross-channel media strategies that drive business growth and deliver meaningful client outcomes.
- Translate research, audience insights and campaign data into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
- Own strategic responses to client briefs, guiding projects from insight through to recommendation and execution.
- Partner closely with account teams, specialists and international stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness by applying learnings, performance data and best practice.
- Champion experience-led planning approaches that connect brand and performance activity across the customer journey.
- Build strong partnerships with creative agencies and client teams to deliver innovative, connected marketing solutions.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in media strategy and planning, ideally across multiple markets or international businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
- A curious and insightful approach to understanding audiences, behaviours and business challenges.
- Analytical thinking with confidence interpreting data, research and planning tools to support decision-making.
- The ability to create clear, persuasive strategic narratives and recommendations.
- Experience building trusted relationships with clients, partners and cross-functional teams.A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing and supporting others.
