Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Manager - Business Campaigns & Analytics to identify critical business needs and deliver high-impact insights. This role empowers leadership to refine strategic priorities and leverages data-driven intelligence to accelerate overall business performance and measurable growth.
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Act as the product specialist for our consumer banking product managers to understand and evaluate business problems by conducting discussion sessions with product managers and gather data and requirements, and define a solution.
- Deep-dive investigations and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights that influence product strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct pre and post campaign analysis to create continuous improvements in our campaign response rates.
- Design, automate, and maintain high-impact executive dashboards in Tableau to monitor the end-to-end product lifecycle and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive continuous “always-on” marketing by identifying cross-sell, upsell, and attrition opportunities through the ongoing monitoring of customer behavior.
- Review and evaluate campaign and reports requests to provide structure to campaigns in order to reduce ad hoc demand and improve resource and time management.
- Develop and enrich “analytic marts” and campaign trackers by merging primary and secondary data sources to increase speed-to-insight and reporting efficiency.
- Clearly articulate the value of business analytics to non-technical audiences.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Provide value-added recommendations and technical guidance to peers during the analysis consultation phase, specifically on how to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Act as checker in the maker / checker process of scripts to ensure logic and data sources used are correct.
- Able to manage different stakeholders from business, IT, etc in order to have a positive influence to drive desired outcomes.
- Manage the engagement and workload to ensure operations are running smoothly and deliverables are accurate and timely.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- To ensure alignment to the Division and Bank’s strategic intent and goals for each Financial Year.
- To Drive business excellence by converting deep-dive analysis into strategic clarity and measurable performance growth.
Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification
- Degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics roles, with a focus on business analysis.
- Possess a strong analytical background that can translate insights into business strategy. Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions utilizing multiple sources of information.
- Ability to succinctly articulate and visualize analytical findings to senior management. Good interpersonal, communication skill and strong influencing ability is highly crucial.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python and other relevant languages.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools (e.g., SAS CI360, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar) would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in AI/ML development, Tableau, UiPath & RPA, is a long-term advantage.
- Track record of driving business value through the integration of data analytics and business strategies, resulting in improved operational efficiency, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for data processing and analysis.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to juggle multiple work streams, filter, evaluate, and priorities solutions.
- Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and is a collaborative team player.
