Valet Hotel Attendant - FT

We’re in search of a full-time, dependable valet attendant who can drive and park vehicles on a regular basis and during special events. You’ll need to provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, friendly manner and treating their vehicles as your own.

Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and display good attention to detail when working with guests and other team members. This position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities: • Adhere to existing valet procedures and document the necessary information on the valet parking ticket • Take care of other necessary duties as assigned • Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services • Ensure guest vehicles are parked in the designated areas and retrieved promptly and safely Qualifications: • Great, positive attitude and customer service skills are a must • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of hotel experience or experience as a valet parking attendant • Ability to drive a stick shift and automatic vehicles
