A growing specialist contractor in the architectural cladding and construction sector is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. Working across a range of high-profile projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in pricing and tendering, helping to secure and shape future work.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.

Interpret drawings, specs, and tender documents.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and lead times.

Support bid submissions and value engineering processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and commercial viability.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, commercial and fit out sectors

Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.

Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Proficiency with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
