About Ogenus Offshore
Ogenus Offshore is a manpower company based in the UK and Greece, providing skilled personnel to the energy sector. We support our clients with workforce solutions for offshore and onshore projects worldwide. This position is being offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients.
We are supporting a major offshore project currently in the Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) phase and are looking for experienced Document Controllers to join the team on a 4/4 week rotation.
📍 Initial assignment: 2–3 months in Singapore (shipyard)
📍 Following phase: Turkey
🛠 Facility type: FPU
Role Purpose:
Manage documentation, version control, and information flow across the ORA readiness project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control all project documentation, drawings and procedures
- Manage document registers and ensure revision control
- Interface with discipline leads for updates and approvals
- Maintain correct filing and distribution structures
Required Background:
- Document Controller on offshore, EPC or engineering projects
- Aconex, SharePoint, or similar experience preferred
