Description
About Axross
At Axross, we develop AI-powered HVAC optimization platforms that help industrial clients — including those in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and precision manufacturing — monitor, control, and reduce their energy usage. Our systems rely on high-quality, real-time data from IoT devices, sensors and BMS, which power smarter, greener decisions for our clients.
Role Overview
As an IoT Engineer, you will play a vital role in deploying and maintaining our AI-driven HVAC solutions onsite. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our equipment is properly installed, well-maintained, and functioning effectively. You will address client concerns, perform onsite repairs, and coordinate closely with our software and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
This role also involves testing and validating our in-house apps and software to ensure optimal performance. We are looking for a Junior IoT Engineer who is passionate about IoT technology, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Your work will contribute directly to creating sustainable solutions that enhance system performance, improve energy efficiency, and deliver value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Deploy loT Systems - Design, integrate, and optimize connected HVAC systems using Python, C, or C++.
- Integrate Smart Devices - Work with sensors, actuators, and edge devices to enable real-time data collection and automation.
- Optimize loT Communication - Implement and troubleshoot MQTT, HTTP, and other protocols for secure, efficient data transfer.
- Debug & Troubleshoot - Identify and resolve hardware-software issues, network communication problems, and system inefficiencies.
- Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with software developers, Al engineers, and hardware teams to build seamless, high-performance solutions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming experience in Python, C, or C++.
- Familiarity with loT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, BLE) and cloud platforms (AWS loT, Azure loT).
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/UDP) and debugging tools (GDB, tcpdump, valgrind).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with embedded programming, industrial loT, or cybersecurity best practices.
Why Join Axross?
- Be Part of a High-Tech Industry - Work on Al-driven, loT-enabled energy efficiency solutions for pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing.
- Work with Cutting-Edge Tech - Gain hands-on experience with loT sensors, Al algorithms, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
- Solve Real-World Challenges - Improve energy efficiency, optimize industrial environments, and make a sustainable impact.
- Career Growth & Learning - Get mentorship from industry experts, access training opportunities, and work on exciting, high-profile projects.
