As the first Head of People at fonio.ai, you'll own all aspects of people operations for a rapidly expanding Voice AI company. Key responsibilities include end-to-end hiring for 40+ roles, international expansion hiring, culture development, onboarding, performance frameworks, HR processes, compliance, and benefits management. The role requires 5+ years of People/HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech, with strong recruiting skills and the ability to build systems from scratch. You'll have founding-level ownership with direct access to founders and a seat at the decision-making table.
