Overview
As a Senior Driver Development Coach, you'll lead and manage a team of Driver Development Coaches within our Central Transport team. You'll plan and deliver driver training programs, conduct assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve safety standards across our transport network. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, delivering CPC training, and maintaining training documentation. This role requires Class 1 C+E driving experience and strong leadership capabilities.
