Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you'll be responsible for the entire debtor process, including payment control and dunning procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include transaction processing and communication with customers, debt collection and minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collaboration with internal teams like Customer Service and IT, account reconciliation and payment management, and decision-making on payment deferrals and credit validation.
