Overview
As a Crew Member at THE MELT, you'll be responsible for delivering an "I Love It Here" experience to every guest. Your duties will encompass guest engagement, including welcoming guests with a smile, providing fast and friendly service, and answering menu-related questions. You'll also be responsible for product excellence by maintaining full knowledge of menu items, ensuring order accuracy, and following recipes precisely. Additional responsibilities include maintaining restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards, and demonstrating personal conduct that promotes teamwork and follows all safety policies. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have strong interpersonal skills, be available for flexible hours including peak times and weekends, and be able to lift between 25-50 lbs. Prior customer service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
