Overview
As a Dietary Aide, you'll assist in preparing and serving meals to residents according to established menus and dietary guidelines, including special diets. You'll maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, follow food safety regulations, and provide excellent customer service to residents and families. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided.
