In this role, you will remain visible, support site personnel and visitors with strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring team culture grounded in agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.81 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and production spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and receiving or shipping zones, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document daily activities, access-related events, and unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
