Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a confidential, mission-driven behavioral health organization to recruit an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary community behavioral health team serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Support, mentor, and develop licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services are delivered to children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
- Review assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and clinical progress.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload while providing leadership and oversight.
- Assist with program development, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners.
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and professional development.
- Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualified independent clinical license.
- Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Community behavioral health experience.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
