Base salary: $241,300.00 - $282,400.00 per year

CME Allowance: $5,000

Malpractice coverage with tail

• Join an established, stable and experienced Pediatric Neurology Team
• Nice mix of pediatric neurology (headache, movement disorders, epilepsy, seizure, EEG and other)
• Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• MA support 
• Beautiful exam rooms
• Level III NICU/PICU
• Beautiful Women and Childrens Hospital
• 24/7 Pediatric Intensivist Service
• 24/7 Neonatology Service 
• 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist Service
• Great access to several Pediatric Sub-specialists on campus, including Pediatric Neurosurgeon
• Excellent office support staff
• Beautiful Northwest Suburban location 
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Neurology
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. 
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
