Full-Time Dental Assistant — General & Cosmetic DentistrySchedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) About the RoleWe're a patient-focused general and cosmetic dental practice looking for an experienced, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. If you take pride in delivering excellent chairside care, keeping the clinical flow smooth, and making every patient feel comfortable from check-in to checkout, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProvide chairside assistance during general and cosmetic procedures (fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening, etc.)Prepare and break down operatories, sterilize and maintain instruments, and stay on top of infection control protocolsTake and process digital X-rays and intraoral photosTake impressions/scans and assist with lab case coordinationSet up trays and ensure the doctor has everything needed for each procedureReview treatment plans with patients and answer questions in a clear, reassuring wayManage patient flow to keep the schedule running on timeMaintain accurate clinical notes and chartingHelp create a warm, welcoming environment that builds patient trust and loyaltyWhat We're Looking For2+ years of dental assisting experience in a general and/or cosmetic practiceStrong chairside skills and solid knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materialsGenuine focus on patient comfort and a great patient experienceProfessional, dependable, and a team player who communicates wellComfortable with digital radiography and intraoral scanningDentrix Ascend experience is a plus, but not required (we're happy to train the right person)Current X-ray certification and any state-required credentialsWhy Join UsFriendly, supportive team and a positive work environment4-day work week — enjoy a consistent 3-day weekendModern practice with up-to-date technologyOpportunity to grow your skills in both general and cosmetic dentistryTo Apply: Submit your resume and a brief note about your experience.
