  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
  • Support audits and maintain strong process and safety standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
  • Strong experience with CNC machining and fabrication processes including cutting, drilling, punching, and bending
  • Knowledge of quality and process tools including GD&T, SPC, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP
  • Experience using CAD/CAM platforms such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Mastercam
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and project management skills to drive process improvements and support projects from concept to production

  • Experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environment
  • Aluminum extrusion fabrication experience and exposure to both automotive and non-automotive applications are considered strong assets
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is an asset
