Entry-Level Sales Representative

Grote Automotive is looking for a motivated, friendly, and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants a career with real earning potential. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers through every step of the car-buying process — from understanding their needs, showing vehicles, answering questions, arranging test drives, and helping create a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
