Set within one of the Cotswolds’ most renowned luxury hotels, this is an excellent opportunity for a Demi Chef De Partie with 2 Rosette experience to further their career in a supportive and highly regarded kitchen environment.
You’ll be joining a talented brigade that is passionate about creating exceptional dishes using high-quality seasonal produce, while benefiting from excellent training, development and progression opportunities.

- £35,692 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge
- Live-in accommodation (£330 per month)

Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie…
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of dishes to an exceptional standard
- Taking responsibility for your designated section during service
- Working closely with senior chefs to further develop your culinary knowledge and techniques
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
- Demonstrating a genuine passion for quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques
Working alongside experienced chefs and with access to outstanding seasonal produce, you'll have the opportunity to refine your skills in a kitchen that genuinely invests in the development of its team.
