Public Area Supervisor
What you will do
- Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services
- Spot checks the phone log book to ensure the quick and correct handling of guest requests
- Analyzes and solves any recurring problems that arise
- Notes, collects and actions on any guest’ preferences
- Update guest history remarks (Opera system) for any guest complain or comments, to make sure delighted service presentation upon next arrival
- Offers all possible assistance to guests at all times
- Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily
- Assigns and delegates daily work and tasks to staff
- Communicates standards to staff
- Follows up on areas that require attention
- Records daily work assignments
- Records incidents and outstanding items or work
- Records action on repairs and maintenance work orders
- Briefs next shift on all log book items
- Opens work orders and follows up on their completion
- Opens work orders for all maintenance deficiencies.
- Completes inspection check lists for assigned areas
What you bring
- Complete 12 years’ school education
- Minimum 2 years International class Hotel working experience
- Good Communications skills and Computer skills
- Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
