The Clinical Operations Professional 2 will lead and manage strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria. Drive project execution through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation. Monitor project progress, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and objectives. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans. Facilitate decision-making and problem resolution by engaging stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate. Establish project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.The Clinical Operations Professional 2 should have proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff. This role will report to the Associate Director, Clinical Operations Strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies
- 3+ years of Technical experience
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities
- Experience with Electronic medical records/EMR and/or Health Information Management/HIM systems, specifically Athena
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certified
- Familiar with JIRA Align
- SAFe Certified
