Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
· Develop launch and marketing plans for private markets products offered through Invesco’s Solutions & Custom Strategies team
· Provide client-facing support to private markets portfolios offered by Invesco, Invesco-managed private funds, and other custom solutions, including client presentations (e.g., monthly / quarterly reviews), prospect pitches, and due diligence exercises
· Research the market and client trends for private markets strategies and develop tailored client-facing communications responsive to those market characteristics
· Communicate regularly with portfolio managers, analysts, researchers, and other strategists on private markets asset classes, portfolio positioning, market opportunities, and product opportunities
· Actively pursue efficient execution of responsibilities, while ensuring the adherence to day-to-day corporate and regulatory policies and requirements
Work Experience / Knowledge:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services or investment industry, with a preference for portfolio management, analysis, or client-facing activities in private markets broadly and private credit in particular.
· Strong knowledge of the private markets asset class, including sub-asset classes, product structuring, and client demand characteristics with experience in private credit preferred.
· Understanding of macroeconomics and its relation to private markets demand and product evolution
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
· Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while working on multiple deliverables concurrently and adapting as necessary
· Self-motivated; working both independently and collaboratively, both as a leader and a team member
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong decision-making skills including the ability to research and analyze topics to determine the correct course of action
· Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
· Aptitude for technology and software systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Aladdin) its application both for analyzing portfolios, and for trade workflow
Formal Education:
· Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance preferred; Graduate degrees are a plus
· CFA or CAIA preferred

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $200,000 - $250,000/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
