We are currently seeking a Site Contract Negotiator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Contract Negotiator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will do:
Lead end-to-end negotiation of clinical trial agreements with investigative sites in the Czech Republic, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Manage complex contract amendments and ancillary agreements, balancing compliance with commercial and operational priorities
Act as a trusted partner to Czech sites, negotiating directly in Czech and English to build strong, long-term relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with study teams to enable timely site activation and study start-up
Track and manage contract progress in ICON and client systems, ensuring full transparency and accuracy
Proactively identify risks to timelines and drive mitigation strategies to keep studies on track
Ensure all contractual documents are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and may mentor junior colleagues
What you bring:
Fluent English and Czech (essential) – ability to confidently negotiate with Czech sites
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–6 years’ experience in clinical research, ideally within site contracts, SSU, or legal/contracting roles
Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and negotiation processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight timelines
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
