Description
State Street Investment Management is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to help ensure our marketing deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory and brand standards.
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders within the State Street Investment Management marketing organization to coordinate the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to events and campaigns. You will utilize workflow processes and best practices to manage the development of creative deliverables and collateral.
You will act as the liaison between design and marketing to develop and maintain project schedules, statuses, and all communications as you ensure that deliverables are taken through the proper quality, regulatory (legal and compliance) and client approval processes.
Responsibilities
Own production workflows from intake and prioritization through creation, review, approval, publishing, and distribution
Manage the scheduling of production activities, setting efficient timelines, allocating resources and managing potential disruptions
Collaborate with Marketing channels, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure optimal development, execution and delivery of creative work
Run design meetings and subsequent check ins
Coordinate review and approval of marketing materials between internal client and design teams
Coordinate Legal and Compliance reviews along with any external regulatory approvals
Additional Marketing Operations support including but not limited to vendor management and Procurement responsibilities
Help to identify and implement practical process improvements

Education & Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, or production management
Strong understanding of content governance, review processes, and compliance considerations
Familiarity with tools such as Workfront for project intake, tracking, and workflow management
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment
Strong knowledge of risk management related to the creation of assets including production processes, lead-times, legal and compliance requirements, vendor license agreements and data privacy/security
Experience working for a large, global organization is a plus
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
