About the Role and Team

The ASR sits in the CU Supply organization as part of the Core 3 team and acts as the Supply business partner, ensuring what Ericsson sells is deliverable, profitable and sustainable. They own end-to-end delivery from a Supply perspective, design and execute optimal customer Supply Chains, resolve misalignment between commitments and capabilities, and drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Forecasting and Demand

  • Lead monthly Account S&OP and drive demand sensing/shaping.
  • Ensure customer forecasts are embedded in contracts and supported by documented assumptions, risks and opportunities.
  • Guide accounts in collecting and analyzing forecast input and recommend improvements based on performance and impact on customers and suppliers.

2. Supply Chain Design and Preparation

  • Create and assess Supply Chain Delivery Plans and budgets.
  • Advise Core 3 on optimal products, services and resources for delivery.
  • Identify risks, define mitigation plans and promote the Supply Strategy.
  • Gatekeep supply-critical contract terms and product substitution to protect financials and Supply Chain performance.

3. Establishment, Execution and Closure

  • Set up Supply Chains, assess readiness and define performance metrics.
  • Secure execution against the Delivery Plan and consolidate progress updates.
  • Manage expedited hardware requests, inventory and overall performance.
  • Drive improvements, hand over to ODM, close the Supply Chain, secure take-back/buy-back opportunities and document lessons learned and financial impact.

4. Leadership and Ways of Working

  • Lead and support virtual teams aligned with Ericsson Values and Behaviors.
  • Influence customer and internal stakeholders across sales, delivery and Supply.
  • Link sales ambition with Supply reality and promote a safe, healthy work environment (Target Zero).

5. Skills and Experience

  • End-to-end Supply Chain expertise (design, execution, optimization).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in demand forecasting, S&OP and demand shaping.
  • Risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Proven leadership of virtual teams and complex projects/programs.
