Description
HR & Admin Manager
Salary: SGD 5000 - SGD 8000

What You'll Do
- Manage daily administrative work, file and contract records
- Handle logistics: procurement, warehousing, distribution and inventory of office and reception supplies
- Support HR and foreign affairs matters — employee visas, work/residence permits, entry-exit formalities, attendance and leave tracking, payroll coordination, and social insurance administration
- Organize meetings, seminars, and guest receptions, plus team-building and welfare events
- Oversee fixed asset management, budget control, and reimbursement review
What You'll Need
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in office software (MS Office suite)
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills; able to work independently under pressure
- Prior experience in HR/admin support within a fast-growing or pre-IPO company
