Project Role Description : Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.

Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. This role requires continuous assessment against predefined benchmarks and thresholds, followed by the design and implementation of strategies to mitigate any identified risks or shortcomings. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accountability of AI technologies, ensuring that these systems operate within the boundaries of responsible AI principles throughout their lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of mitigation strategies to address ethical and responsible AI challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices related to responsible AI across different project teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Teaming, Responsible AI.
- Strong expertise in identifying vulnerabilities and risks within AI systems through adversarial testing and evaluation.
- Experience in designing and implementing frameworks to ensure AI compliance with ethical guidelines and sustainability goals.
- Ability to analyze complex AI models and provide actionable insights to improve system robustness and fairness.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements related to responsible AI deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Red Teaming.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
