What You'll Do

As a Retail Team Member, you'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering friendly service that keeps customers coming back.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming customers with a positive attitude
• Accurately operating the cash register and processing sales
• Handling cash and maintaining an accurate drawer
• Answering customer questions and assisting with purchases
• Restocking merchandise throughout the store
• Brewing coffee and maintaining beverage stations
• Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and work areas
• Following company policies and safety standards
• Assisting with other store duties as needed

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced retail team.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a solid work ethic
• Honesty and attention to detail
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Comfort using a point-of-sale (POS) system or the willingness to learn
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• The ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• A high school diploma or equivalent
