Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Msuez Uk. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of our machines to meet production targets and deliver high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery, including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills.
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper calibration.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Keep records of production output and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
