About the job
You strategically manage sourcing activities to secure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. You set the direction for sourcing strategy and ensure alignment with divisional goals. You report to the VP Global Operations and lead sourcing managers and specialist roles across multiple regions.
Job responsibilities
Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that ensures quality, availability, and competitive pricing
Build strong supplier partnerships and manage supplier performance and development
Drive Quality and Performance improvements throughout the supplierbase using data and standard tools during the project face and in the production face of the business
Lead negotiations and oversee contracts to secure favourable commercial terms
Drive cost efficiency and optimize sourcing processes across the division
Strengthen supply chain resilience through risk management and contingency planning
Lead, coach, and develop a global sourcing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Location and flexibility
This position is based at our site in Svedala and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work remotely.
Your profile
You bring strong leadership experience combined with deep knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management. You think strategically and translate insights into effective sourcing initiatives that support business objectives.
You also bring:
Solid experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in cost optimization and data-driven decision-making
Relevant academic degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field
You’re a clear communicator who builds trust across teams and stakeholders. With a proactive mindset, you navigate complexity, manage risks, and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining high ethical standards. You foster collaboration, support team development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Team information
You lead a globally distributed sourcing organization, including sourcing managers and their teams in Sweden, China, and India, as well as project sourcing engineers, global category managers, and digital supply chain specialists. Together, you collaborate closely with operations, production units, and key stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective sourcing practices.
