About the job:

• Own and optimize Diffusion processes. Maintain SPC performance and achieve process capability targets.（30%）
• Lead process troubleshooting, excursion investigation and MRB activities. Drive corrective and preventive actions.（20%）
• Drive Line Yield and PFY improvement through statistical analysis, DOE execution and process optimization.（20%）
• Lead cost reduction projects including consumable optimization, cycle time reduction and equipment utilization improvement.（20%）
• Support NPI, technology transfer, cross-functional continuous improvement projects.（10%)

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
• At least two years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Diffusion processes including Oxidation, Drive, deposition, LPCVD.
• Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan and process capability analysis
• Experience in process troubleshooting, yield improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Good communication and report-writing skills in Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Continuous learning mindset.
