Creative Designer (Paid Internship)

Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce engaging, conversion-focused visual content for digital marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of performance marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors in Relevant Field
• Experience creating visual content through university coursework or personal projects.
• Familiarity with AI design assistants (e.g., Google Omni, Nano Banana, Midjourney etc.) to speed up storyboarding and asset generation is a huge plus.
• Canva (for quick iterations and trending TikTok/Reels formats).

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact, original Images and Videos tailored for telecommunications campaigns.
• Craft visually striking assets specifically optimized for diverse ad networks, including:Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google & LinkedIn Ads
• Take marketing objectives and turn them into compelling visual narratives that resonate with B2B and B2C telecom audiences.
• Work closely with our media managers and copywriters to ensure creatives align with broader campaign goals and A/B testing strategies.
• Consistently delivering a set quota of new image and video ad variations per week to combat ad fatigue across high-spend accounts.
• Demonstrating that the visual assets actively contribute to maintaining or improving target Click-Through Rates (CTR) across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Achieving 100% adherence to the specific technical requirements, dimensions, and visual safe zones for all ad platforms, ensuring no ads are rejected or cropped awkwardly.
• Monitor competitor ad strategies (using tools like Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center) and viral trends to pitch fresh, relevant creative angles for our telecom campaigns.
• Maintain a highly organized digital asset management system, ensuring all project files, raw footage, templates and finalized exports are structured and easily accessible by the team.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects 
• Understanding of Meta Ads creatives and formats (Facebook & Instagram Feed, Story, Carousel, Reels)
• Basic awareness of Google Ads creative concepts and conversion-focused messaging
• Ability to create conversion-based ad creatives focused on engagement, CTR, and lead generation
• Understanding of story-based reel creation and short-form content trends
• Ability to write or understand high-converting hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs
• Knowledge of social media trends, viral content formats, and UGC-style creatives
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and audience attention retention
• Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (A/B testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions)
• Strong creativity, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
