- Monitor processing, review progress, and production schedules and escalate risks early
- Perform basic quality control checks on processed data and productions using checklists
- Maintain matter documentation (decision logs, production logs, chain of custody documentation) in an organized and defensible way
- Provide timely status updates to case teams and flag issues in a clear, solution-oriented way
- Troubleshoot basic workflow issues and know when to escalate to supervisor, eDPMs, vendors, or technical support
- Follow Chevron eDiscovery workflows and help ensure processes are consistent, repeatable, and defensible
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare clear legal communications
- Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or legal technology (some hands-on exposure required)
- Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and its application to managing electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation, investigations, audits, and compliance matters.
- Comfort working with attorneys and/or vendors in a service-oriented support role
- Familiarity with Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix Discover, or a similar review platform (as a user, reviewer support, or admin support)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing quickly, and staying calm in high-stress situations
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Excel) to maintain trackers, logs, and basic reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RelativityOne and/or Nuix Discover- ability to run basic searches, reports, and exports in the review tool
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), Continuous Active Learning (CAL), generative AI assistants) and experience writing effective prompts
- Prior experience supporting multiple legal matters or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Electronically Stored Information (ESI) protocols, protective orders, and production specifications
