As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities across the UAE. You will partner with organizations navigating digital disruption, evolving consumer expectations, and operational transformation, connecting their ambitions with innovative cloud, AI, data, digital workplace, and business applications solutions.
What you'll do
Lead complex, high-value sales opportunities from qualification through contract signature
Build and maintain a strong pipeline within Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Product-based organizations across the UAE
Develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
Collaborate with Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft teams to create client value
Shape client opportunities by understanding growth objectives, customer experience priorities, and transformation agendas
Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions
Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and value propositions
Drive opportunity strategy, account planning, and pursuit execution
Help clients address challenges related to omnichannel retail, supply chain optimization, customer engagement, AI adoption, and enterprise modernization
Contribute to account growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

What sets you apart
Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles from origination to close
Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
Experience engaging senior executives and influencing key decision-makers
Ability to orchestrate multi-disciplinary pursuit teams across consulting, technology, and business functions
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions
Experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud transformation initiatives
Familiarity with the Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Products industry is highly desirable
Understanding of key industry trends such as AI-powered customer experiences, digital commerce, supply chain transformation, data-driven decision making, and intelligent operations
Experience working within a professional services, consulting, or technology environment
