LRW Concepts, LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and hands‑on Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist in leading the heart of our vibrant soul food restaurant. Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
Location: In person required: 325 Hughes Center Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89169
Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays
Starting Base Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Supervisory: Reports to Kitchen Manager, General Manager, and Assistant GM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating
- Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high performance and morale
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen labor costs, and food cost controls
- Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service
- Implement and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of kitchen management or culinary leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in inventory and scheduling software is a plus
- Food Safety & Sanitation Awareness: Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
- Required certifications: ServSafe Food Manager, TAM, Sherriff’s Card
