Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch präventive Wartung und schadensorientierte Instandhaltung der Maschinen
• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Koordination von Wartungsplänen sowie Dokumentation aller Reparaturarbeiten
• Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen im System und Einholung von Angeboten
• Kostenkontrolle, Reporting und Dokumentation
• Durchführung elektrischer und mechanischer Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen
• Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsprojekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und angrenzenden Abteilung wie Qualitätssicherung und Planung

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld
• Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Organisationsstärke, Kostenbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vorbildfunktion in den Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität
• Sicherer Umgang mit M365 und ERP-Systemen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is €61,000.00 - €103,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between70,000.00 to80,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
